Zhi Ru

Zhi Ru’s journey with aerial yoga began in 2021 as a shared experience with a friend, but while her friend moved on, Zhi Ru found herself captivated by the limitless possibilities that aerial yoga offers. With a background in Chinese dance from her youth, Zhi Ru has always been flexible, but it was through aerial yoga that she developed strength and resilience.

Each session continues to amaze her, presenting fresh challenges and serving as a reminder of her progress. She encourages everyone to video their practice sessions—not just for social media, but as a tool to identify areas for improvement and to recognise how far they’ve come.

This practice has not only enhanced her physical well-being but also significantly boosted her confidence. It has taught her the importance of self-care, as she aspires to continue this practice for many years to come.

Beyond the studio, Zhi Ru is known for her diverse interests and is an avid collector of hobbies. Whether it’s fibre crafts, clay art, or foreign languages, she finds joy in discovering and mastering new skills. She also enjoys travelling and immersing herself in different cultures.
