Tricia

Tricia was into performing arts in school, from hip hop, and modern dance to salsa in her younger days. Tricia used to teach salsa classes under SFDF in Actfa, helping students with two left feet get the basic steps. When Tricia started work, She does a range of activities – pilates, yoga, kayaking, ball sports to stay healthy.

Tricia stumbled upon Hale Yoga near her workplace. She enjoyed aerial hammock stretches and aerial yoga challenging poses and felt a sense of release at the end of her workday. With aerial yoga, there was room to grow in strength and flexibility as Tricia progressed through different class levels. There was enough of a workout to keep her regular health checkup in the clear. Before Tricia knew it, she found herself looking forward to her aerial yoga classes every week. Especially during covid times, it meant a lot to be able to meet other classmates in person.

Tricia hopes to inspire people to love themselves and find rest. Take care of their heart, mind, and body. You never know, sometimes the best rest you can get is in Shavasana in a hammock or the release from a high drop!
