Gin has started her aerial addiction since 2015 with Aerial Yoga and Pole. Gin took her first aerial yoga class at Hale. After attempting an Aerial Yoga sequence on her first class, she was fascinated that there is so much more poses to takeaway from it.
Before starting her aerial journey, Gin practice yoga for better posture and body awareness, improve flexibility and tone and strengthen her body. In addition, she loves how yoga stretches can promote relaxation physically and mentally, sharpen concentration and increase body awareness.
Out of Yoga, loves to swim and dance to pole choreography classes. Gin hopes to inspire her students to be confident physically and mentally and to be a better version of themselves. She believes in consistency. Practice brings progression. Never give up.
