Berlina

Berlina started her aerial addiction in 2011 when she first started taking pole dance classes. She first took her aerial yoga class in 2019 at Hale, and as someone who loves to defy gravity, she found the aerial aspect of it fascinating. She eventually decided to pursue aerial yoga deeper by taking Aerial Yoga teacher training.

Starting off not as a naturally athletic, flexible, nor strong aerial practitioner, she understands the struggles and progressions needed to improve grace, flexibility, and strength for aerial practices.

She hopes to help her students build confidence and body awareness, and that she can instill her love of aerial practices in her students.

Out of aerial yoga, she can be found either at pole dance classes or chilling at home.
